There are 15 Snooker tables, which are maintained daily. The snooker area is separate from the rest of the Club, but with easy access to the bar and toilet facilities.

The Club has 7 Teams in the 'Carlisle Club & Orme' Snooker League.

The Club has 4 Teams in the 'Carlisle Club & Orme' Billiards League.

At present the Portland are champions in both leagues.

There are 6 English Pool Tables and the only 2 American Pool Tables in Carlisle, all maintained daily.

Three Portland Pool Teams play in the 'Carlisle City League', one of which are champions at present.
