The Portland Snooker Club in Carlisle at the heart of Cumbria was was opened on the 17th October 1997 by Ron Wilson and Mary Cavanagh.
Since the opening, the Club has gone from strength to strength, becoming the venue for County Snooker, Darts, Pool, Billiards & Poker. Opening is from 11 am to 11 pm, seven days a week
As a member or a guest at the Portland Snooker Club, you will experience the luxury of comfortable, well designed playing areas, whatever your game.
There are 15 Snooker tables, 6 English Pool Tables and the only 2 American Pool Tables in Carlisle. The Club also has 9 Dart Boards, as well as a stage with 2 boards for the big occasions!
We truly do like to think we are the home of Snooker, Darts, Pool, American Pool, and Billiards in Carlisle.
